Terms

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms are a contract between you and EKLAVYAI ("we") for ROWMONITOR at rowmonitor.com. By creating a workspace or connecting a warehouse, you agree to them. If you are doing that for a company, you confirm you can bind that company. The privacy details are on the privacy page.

The service

ROWMONITOR watches tables you select for changes in structure, row count against a baseline, and freshness. The first successful check stores the baseline and does not alert. A later check can open an alert when those figures differ past the threshold you set. Alerts go to email and, if you add one, a messaging destination you choose. An alert can include a short explanation and a suggested test. We do not change your warehouse for you.

Checks run when you run one, and on a schedule. You connect a warehouse you control. A demo workspace is sample data, not your database. The service does not cover every kind of data-quality problem.

Plans are Free, Pro, and Team. What each plan includes, including how many tables it covers, is on the pricing page. We do not restate prices here.

Your warehouse credentials

You are responsible for the warehouse you connect and for the credentials you give us. Connect only a database you are allowed to give us access to. Use a login that can read and cannot write. The service reads metadata and summary figures, such as structure, a row count, and freshness. It does not take a copy of your rows, and it does not insert, update, or delete warehouse data.

You are responsible for the password, for rotating it, and for any messaging destination you add. If the tables contain personal information, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to let us read the metadata and summary figures described in the privacy page. We store the warehouse password encrypted.

Acceptable use

You will not:

  • Connect a warehouse, login, or messaging destination you are not allowed to use.
  • Use the service to break into, scan, or disrupt a system you do not have permission to test.
  • Interfere with other customers' workspaces, or try to read another customer's credentials.
  • Overload the service, or bypass a plan limit by splitting one warehouse across accounts to avoid paying.
  • Resell the service or present an explanation as a guarantee about your data.
  • Use the service to store or transmit unlawful content.

Explanations and suggested tests are suggestions. You decide whether to use them. An explanation can be wrong.

Accounts

You need an account to use the product. Keep the password to yourself and tell us if you believe someone else is using the workspace. Owners manage connections, billing, and workspace settings. We may refuse a name that impersonates someone else.

Plans, cancellation, and refunds

Free does not require a card. Pro and Team are monthly subscriptions billed by our payment processor. You can cancel a paid plan at any time. After you cancel, you keep that paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. It then returns to Free. Cancellation and refunds are described on the refunds and cancellation page. We do not issue automatic refunds.

The service is provided as is

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that a check will catch every data-quality problem, that an alert will arrive, that an explanation will be correct, or that the service will be uninterrupted. A break that happens between checks can be missed. You are responsible for the decisions you make from a check result.

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee or right that the law of New South Wales, Australia does not allow us to exclude. Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, where they apply, are not excluded.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data in your warehouse, missed alerts, or other indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of the service in any 12 month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service during that period. If you paid nothing, that cap is zero.

The cap does not apply to liability the governing law does not allow us to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that law refuses a cap. Governing law: New South Wales, Australia.

Termination

You can stop using ROWMONITOR at any time and ask us to delete the workspace by writing to info@rowmonitor.com. We can suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, or that puts other customers or the service at risk. If we close a workspace for breach, access ends then, rather than at the end of a paid period. Cancellation of a paid plan in good standing follows the refunds and cancellation page.

Sections that should survive termination do survive, including acceptable use, disclaimers, liability, and governing law.

Changes

We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. The date shown now is 31 October 2026. If a change is material, we will email the account address, or the workspace alert address if one is set, before the new date. If you keep using the service after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel before that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of that place have jurisdiction, subject to any right you have that cannot be waived, including any right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
