Support and privacy

Write from the email on the account if you are asking for access, correction, or deletion. Say which workspace you mean. Cancellation and refund requests use this same address. A person reads them. See refunds and cancellation.

What this address is for

• Help with a workspace, a warehouse connection, or an alert that did not arrive.
• Privacy requests under the privacy page, including access, correction, and deletion.
• A complaint, including a complaint you may later take to the OAIC.
• Cancelling Pro or Team, or asking for a refund review.

The product itself is the app at rowmonitor.com. The privacy page and the terms describe what the service does.
