Refunds and cancellation

Plans are Free, Pro, and Team. A paid plan is a monthly subscription billed by our payment processor. Prices, and what each plan includes, are on the pricing page. This page does not quote them. The terms are the contract. This page is the cancellation and refund policy.
Free
The Free plan does not charge a subscription fee. There is nothing to refund on Free.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel Pro or Team at any time. Email info@rowmonitor.com from the address on the workspace and say you want to cancel. A person processes the cancellation. Cancellation is not automatic.
After you cancel, you keep access to the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, the workspace returns to Free. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not, by itself, delete the workspace or the check history. Deletion is a separate request, described on the privacy page.
Refunds
There are no automatic refunds. A refund is not issued because a billing period started, because a check did not find a problem, or because you cancelled part way through a period you have already paid for. You keep the service until the end of that period instead.
If you believe a charge is wrong, email info@rowmonitor.com. Include the workspace name, the email on the account, the amount, and the date of the charge. A person reviews the request. We will reply to that email. Paying us does not create an automatic right to a refund beyond what the law requires, including any non-excludable right under the Australian Consumer Law.
How a charge happens
A paid plan starts when you complete checkout with our payment processor. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never stored by us. We keep the plan and a customer reference. If you leave checkout before it completes, the plan does not change.
